Specialist Psychological Support Tailored To You

Private therapy for adults, children, and families.

Work with experienced clinicians who care.

At The Walden Clinic, our aim is to provide a safe, confidential space for you to share your experiences, where you will be listened to, acknowledged and held in mind. Using evidence-based psychological approaches, we will collaboratively help you to recognise what has influenced the development of your difficulties, what is maintaining them and what you can do to manage them.

Whilst therapy can at times be a challenging process, at The Walden Clinic you will be supported to explore areas that are causing you difficulty and you will learn strategies to help overcome them. As you move forward in your life, our aim is that you will have learned how to become your own therapist.

Whether you are experiencing a mental health difficulty, or want to explore aspects of your life such as your relationships, behaviours, or challenging your self-critic, The Walden Clinic is here to support you. We can also offer support to your child or adolescent, so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you are looking for a therapy service for them.
